i love going to shows by myself, not knowing a single soul in the room, except for the band, watching the strangers reactions as they have their eyes and ears opened to something new and amazing.
my friends are on tour from the west. thier new record was just released on vinyl (and cd/digital). it's been almost 3 years in the making.
by the time they closed out their set to this song tonight, i'd say at least 80% of the room was up on their feet cheering and screaming "whoooo the hell are you guys?!!" they never fail to give me goose bumps and leave me grinning from ear to ear.
they are one of the few truly talented bands who are BETTER live. and their records still rip.
